Requirements:
Current LPN licensure in State of Oklahoma required.
Minimum of 1-year experience as LPN preferred.
Previous work history that demonstrates steady attendance and punctuality is required Current BLS (BCLS) required, can be obtained during orientation.
Maintains current automobile insurance, current drivers license, and maintains driving record of good standing.
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
Additional languages preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.

FT, Day, 40.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
